For Local Applicants
Complete the ‘Application for Admission’ form. This can be requested direct from the College’s main admissions office or downloaded from the College website. Once completed, either fax, mail, or bring in the form to the College. Be sure to enclose the following paperwork with your completed application:
- A photocopy of all your academic qualifications;
- Two passport-sized photographs;
- The full tuition fee;
- Photocopy of current passport;
- Any other documents that you think may support your application, for example, an academic reference, employer’s reference, sponsor, etc.

When you have paid your fees in full and provided the required documentation, you will receive an enrolment letter. Once this is completed, you are ready to start your classes.
Application and Admission for International Applicants

This can be requested directly from the College’s main Admissions Office, collected direct from one of our main International Authorized Agents, or downloaded from the College website. Once completed, either fax, mail, or bring the form to the College. Be sure to enclose the following papers with the completed application form.
- A photocopy of all your academic qualifications;
- Two passport-sized photographs;
- The full tuition fee;
- Photocopy of current passport, including all stamped pages. All photocopies must be clear and legible;
- Any other documents that you think may support your application, for example an academic reference, employer’s reference, etc.

The Offer Letter
Once a student application has been processed and approved, the student will be sent an ‘Offer Letter’ confirming their approval and inviting them to join the College. Please note that this letter does not constitute admission into the College.
International students must also forward a fee for postage and shipping of the enrolment letter and relevant paper Work. The amount payable for this will be advised prior to shipping.
The Enrolment Letter
Upon receipt of the enrolment letter, the student can begin the process of acquiring a Student Visa. If the visa is refused, the College will reimburse the full amount deposited, less €200 administration fee.
Please note: should information within any student application be found to be false, resulting in a student visa or extension being refused, the student would not be entitled to any form of refund.
Travel Plans
Students who require collection from the airport should notify the College by e-mail or fax of their flight details at least two weeks prior to departure & arrival.
Students who do not require collection from the airport by a College representative need to fax or email the College in advance with the following information:
Name of person collecting them from Dublin Airport;
Contact phone number of person collecting them from Dublin airport.
Accommodation
Leinster College can provide students with short-term accommodation for one week if required. Please advise the College of this at least one week in advance.
Students who have their own accommodation pre-arranged will need to advise the College of the full address of where they will be staying.
Change of Address or Personal Information
Students are requested to advise the College directly and immediately of any changes of address or phone number
Change of Program of Study
Any change to your program of study must be approved by the Administration Office.
Arriving at Leinster College
Students should report to Leinster College Campus on the course commencement date stated on their enrolment letter.
Course Fees
Due to immigration requirements, all student fees must be paid for in advance of the course commencing.
Should there be a fee increase, this would only occur at the beginning of your course and students would be informed in advance.
Method of Payment
Students may pay their tuition and or document shipping fees by one of the following methods
- In cash direct to the College admissions office;
- For international students, payment is preferred via direct transfer into the Leinster College account; a receipt of payment is required for this method before any documentation is sent or handed over.
Refund Policies
All refunds are made at the discretion of the College and are subject to the following:
- Students who receive their Certificate of Enrolment issued by Leinster College and who successfully obtain their student visa either in their home country or in Ireland are not eligible for refunds;
- Students who are not successful in receiving their visa: any application for a refund must be made in writing and accompanied by a copy of the rejection letter from the Irish Embassy or GNIB. All original letters issued by Leinster College should be attached;
- Students who have special personal reason(s) may apply for a refund before the issue of the student visa. Such applications must be in writing (complete the ‘Student Refund/Cancellation’ form available at reception) and accompanied by the original letters issued by Leinster College;
- Students who provide false information with regards to questions 6.1 – 6.5 on their application form will not be eligible for any form of refund under any circumstances.
Please note that all refunds will be made by transfer directly into the bank account of the student’s bank of origin, for example, in their home country.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation notice being received in writing;
- Should a student be expelled from the College they will be exempt from any refund of College fees;
- All refunds are subject to an administrative charge of €200.
Non-Arrival of Students
If you do not contact the College within four weeks of the course starting, your enrolment will be cancelled, and the GNIB will be informed of your non-arrival. In this instance you will not be entitled to a refund.
