Our program offers students the opportunity to study a comprehensive curriculum in the human resource management degree program. Students begin with the study of human resource management and organizational psychology principles and applications. Specific courses focus on personnel administration, employment law, recruitment and retention, performance and termination, compensation and benefits management, as well as labor relations, safety and training and development. In the higher division courses students enter symposium and project courses where they are able to select more focused study in one area of human resource management, and complete a comprehensive project and human resource management degree research topic course.
