The staff get to know the students well and take an interest in their progress and well-being. In particular, the course tutors will monitor students’ academic progress and ensure that any problems are identified and discussed as early as possible.  Students can also speak to the Principal about any serious personal problems or issues they have with the course. Leinster College also has a student affairs officer whose role is to provide students with non-academic support and assistance.

It is our intention that students learn to be active and independent explorers of knowledge. In this way, students will develop the skills of questioning, problem solving and of communication. They will graduate equipped with the skills for lifelong learning.
